For the last few years the city has been in a downward spiral, and now it looks as though it is heading towards a complete collapse.

The citys popularity is actually at a record low, and it is showing signs of stabilization. The reasons for this are that the economy is on its way out, and the people know that the city is in the middle of a downward spiral. The people also know that the city is now in a very bad spot, and I can only imagine what will happen to this city if the economy continues to decline and the people continue to turn against it.
